Common questions about billing, subscriptions, and payments

We accept USDT cryptocurrency payments on three networks: TRC20 (Tron), ERC20 (Ethereum), and BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain). We recommend TRC20 for the lowest transaction fees. You can purchase USDT from any cryptocurrency exchange like Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken.

You can upgrade your plan directly from the app. Go to Settings > Subscription > Upgrade Plan. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to all the new features. Your remaining balance from the current plan will be prorated.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan, and all your clones will remain accessible.

The Free plan is available forever with basic features. You can use the Free plan to test DualCloner and upgrade to a paid plan when you need more clones or advanced features like anonymous mode and app lock.

Your existing clones remain on your device and continue to work. However, you'll lose access to premium features like anonymous mode, app lock, and batch cloning. If you exceed the Free plan's clone limit, you won't be able to create new clones until you upgrade again.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions. We encourage you to use our Free plan to test DualCloner before upgrading to a paid plan. If you have any technical issues, please contact our support team and we'll help resolve them.
